Returns and Refunds
All items carry a no-quibble 30-day money back guarantee. Return shipping is at the cost of the buyer unless items are faulty.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Returns should be addressed to:

Please enclose a note of your name and address and reason for return.
Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange service.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned – please see list below. Please note this list is not exhaustive.
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases
Downloadable software products
Health and personal care items
Books with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video games, cassette tapes or vinyl records that have bene opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund within 7 days:
Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card company / bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

We do not accept exchanges. If your item does not fit and you need to exchange it for a different size, please make a separate purchase and follow the return instructions to return your original purchase for a refund.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £25, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
